Welcome once again to the Falkland Festival 2009 and the 4thTraditional music festival. The festival committee, who are all volunteers, have again worked very hard in order to give the people of Falkland a summer festival.
Keeping in with the tradition of the Falkland Festival the street fair will once again be a highlight and a chance for families old and new to meet up and enjoy a day of music, fun and food. The theme of the festival this year will be Scottish as we are helping to celebrate the year of the homecoming.
The festival is organised for locals and visitors to enjoy. This year we have some new members on the committee but are always needing more. If you feel you can spare some time please contact us for details, no volunteers - no festival !
